Each item featured on our website has been carefully examined by our in-house experts in our laboratory. Most pieces carry Scandinavian heritage, as they have been acquired by Pantit Sverige AB through our Swedish pawnshop network.

Our original company language is Swedish, and while we strive for accurate translations throughout the website, some minor errors may occasionally occur. Explanation of Condition

All items are sold in their current condition, and we encourage buyers to carefully review each product listing and description to understand the item’s state before making a purchase.

New Condition: The item is showing no or minimal signs of wear.
Good Condition: The item looks good and works as it should. Signs of use may be visible upon closer inspection.
Vintage: The item shows clear signs of wear consistent with age and history.
Broken: The item requires attention — such as repair, restoration, or similar care — before regular use.

We strive to provide accurate and detailed descriptions for every item. Measurements are rounded to the nearest millimeter for consistency. If you require more precise information, our customer service team will be happy to assist you upon request.

At the checkout, you can choose from several options with our payment partner, Worldline Online Checkout. When making a purchase with your credit card, the money is drawn the same day. If you’ve made a purchase on invoice and have payment queries, please contact us and we will help you.

With PayPal you can choose to pay with different credit card such as American Express, or choose from the balance of your PayPal account.

Shipping

All items from Vintage Jewelry Online are shipped using insured (REK) or traceable mail via PostNord. Before dispatch, each piece is carefully cleaned, polished, and securely packaged. To ensure privacy and reduce handling risks, we use neutral, logo-free packaging.

Orders placed before 16:00 (CET) on weekdays are shipped the same day. If not, they are dispatched on the following working day. Delivery times vary depending on your location, but most orders within Europe arrive within 1–4 business days.

Shipping Within the EU Only

At this time, we only ship to countries within the European Union. We do not offer international delivery outside the EU. Our shipping destinations include: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, and Sweden.

Valuation certificate

With each item you purchase, you will receive a downloadable valuation certificate for the item. Each certificate features a clear, professional photograph, a comprehensive description of the jewelry, and the item’s estimated market value. These certificates are suitable for use in insurance matters, estate and inheritance settlements, as well as property division.

Not the right size? Changed your mind? No problem! We offer a 14-day open purchase period for all items. Simply fill out the form below, and we’ll help you arrange the return.

Once we receive your return request, we’ll send you a shipping label. Please note that the customer is responsible for returning the item securely—preferably using an insured and trackable shipping method. ❤️ Return shipping costs are covered by the customer. ❤️ Once we have received your return, please allow 1-3 banking days before the money is transferred back to you!
